Return & Refund Policy

At Ur Bunny Store, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product is returned with original tags and packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance (unless defective)
  • Customized or personalized T-shirts

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at support@urbunnystore.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you with return instructions

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect product received

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
